MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Diana Shipping Inc. (DSX)
Diana Shipping Inc. (DSX) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, November 10, 2021. On that date, the current DSX option class will change to DSX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list DSX1 options. Therefore, no options on DSX will be available for trading on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.
Diana Shipping Inc. (DSX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, November 11, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DSX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 9, 2021.
