MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: j2 Global, Inc. (JCOM) Distribution, Name and Symbol Change to Ziff Davis, Inc. (ZD).
j2 Global, Inc. (JCOM) has announced a distribution and a name and symbol change effective for Friday, October 8, 2021. On this date, the current JCOM option class will change to ZD1 and its name and symbol will change to Ziff Davis, Inc. (ZD). The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ZD1 options. Therefore, no options on JCOM or ZD1 will be available for trading on Friday, October 8, 2021.
Ziff Davis, Inc. (ZD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, October 11, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in JCOM will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, October 7, 2021.
NOTE: ZD options will trade on Cloud 21 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 11 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
