MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Regal-Beloit Corporation (RBC) Dividend, Name and Symbol Change to Regal Rexnord Corporation (RRX)
Regal-Beloit Corporation (RBC) has announced a dividend and a name and symbol change effective for Tuesday, October 5, 2021. On this date, the current RBC option class will change to RRX1 and its name and symbol will change to Regal Rexnord Corporation (RRX). The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list RRX1 options. Therefore, no options on RBC or RRX1 will be available for trading on Tuesday, October 5, 2021.
Regal Rexnord Corporation (RRX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, October 6, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RBC will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, October 4, 2021.
NOTE: RRX options will trade on Cloud 15 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 7 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
