MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Envision Healthcare Holdings, Inc. (EVHC)
Envision Healthcare Holdings, Inc. (EVHC) has declared a contract adjustment. The adjustment will become effective on Friday, December 2, 2016. On that date, the current EVHC options class will change to EVHC1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list EVHC1 options. Therefore, no options on EVHC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, December 2, 2016. The new EVHC options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, December 5, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EVHC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 1, 2016.
