MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Johnson Controls International plc (JCI)

Johnson Controls International plc (JCI) has announced a special distribution. The distribution will become effective on Monday, October 31, 2016.  On that date, the current JCI options class will change to JCI3. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list JCI3 options. Therefore, no options on JCI will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, October 31, 2016. The new JCI options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in JCI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 28, 2016.
