MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Rovi Corporation (ROVI) and TiVo Inc., (TIVO) merger, name and symbol change to TiVo Corporation (TIVO)
Rovi Corporation (ROVI) and TiVo Inc., (TIVO) merger, name and symbol change to new TiVo Corporation (TIVO) effective for trading on Thursday, September 8, 2016.
Both Rovi Corporation (ROVI) and TiVo Inc., (TIVO) will not trade on the MIAX on Thursday, September 8, 2016 and the new TiVo Corporation (TIVO) will begin trading on Friday, September 9, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ROVI and TIVO will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 7, 2016.
