MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Liberty Interactive Corporation Series A Liberty Ventures (LVNTA)
Liberty Interactive Corporation Series A Liberty Ventures (LVNTA) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Monday, July 25, 2016. On that date, the current LVNTA option class will change to LVNA1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list LVNA1 options. Therefore, no options on LVNTA will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, July 25, 2016. Liberty Interactive Corporation Series A Liberty Ventures (LVNTA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 26, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in LVNTA will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 22, 2016.
