MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Ampio Pharmaceuticals Inc. (AMPE)

Ampio Pharmaceuticals Inc. (AMPE) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Tuesday, January 5, 2016.  On that date, the current AMPE options class will change to AMPE1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list AMPE1 options. Therefore, no options on AMPE will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, January 5, 2016. The new AMPE options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, January 6, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in AMPE will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, January 4, 2016.
