Extended Stay America, Inc. (STAY) has announced a cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, December 30, 2015. STAY options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in STAY will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 29, 2015.
