MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) Distribution
Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) has announced a distribution followed by a special cash dividend payout effective for Monday, November 30, 2015.
On that date, the current CSC options class will change to CSC1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CSC1 options. Therefore, no options on CSC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, November 30, 2015. The new CSC options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 1, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CSC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 27, 2015.
