MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Hewlett-Packard Company (HPQ)
Hewlett-Packard Company (HPQ) has announced a distribution and name change effective on Monday, November 2, 2015. On that date, the current HPQ options class will change to HPQ1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list HPQ1 options. Therefore, no options on HPQ will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, November 2, 2015. Hewlett-Packard Company (HPQ) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 under the new name of HP Inc. (HPQ).
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HPQ will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 30, 2015.
