MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (CMLP)

Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (CMLP) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective for Thursday, October 1, 2015

All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in CMLP will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 30, 2015. Details about the Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (CMLP) merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
