MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Standard Pacific Corporation (SPF)

Standard Pacific Corporation (SPF) has announced a distribution, name and symbol change. The distribution, name, and symbol change will become effective on Thursday, October 1, 2015.  On that date, the current SPF options class will change to CAA1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CAA1 options. Therefore, no options on CAA will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, October 1, 2015. The Standard Pacific Corporation (SPF) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, October 2, 2015 under the new name and symbol of (New) CalAtlantic, Inc. (CAA).

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SPF will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 30, 2015.
