MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Alamos Gold, Inc. (AGI)

Alamos Gold, Inc. (AGI) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Monday, July 6, 2015.  On that date, the current AGI options class will change to AGI2. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list AGI2 options. Therefore, no options on AGI will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, July 6, 2015. The new AGI options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 7, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in AGI will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 2, 2015.
