MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Energizer Holdings Inc. (ENR) Distribution with Name and Symbol Change to Edgewell Personal Care Company (EPC)
Energizer Holdings Inc. (ENR) will change its name to Edgewell Personal Care Company, its trading symbol to (EPC), and its CUSIP to 28035Q102, effective for trading on Wednesday, July 1, 2015. The current ENR options class will change to EPC1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list EPC1 options. Therefore, no options on EPC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 1, 2015. The new EPC options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, July 2, 2015.
NOTE: EPC options will trade on Cloud 5 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ENR will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 30, 2015.
