MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Google, Inc. (GOOG)

Google, Inc. (GOOG) has announced a distribution that will become effective at the market open on Monday, April 27, 2015.  On that date, the current GOOG options class will change to GOOG1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list GOOG1 options. Therefore, no options on GOOG will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, April 27, 2015.  Google, Inc. (GOOG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 28, 2015.
 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GOOG will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 24, 2015.
