MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: Spansion Inc. (CODE)
Spansion Inc. (CODE) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective prior to the opening of business on Friday, March 13, 2015.
All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in CODE will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, March 12, 2015.
Details about the Spansion Inc. (CODE) completed merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
