MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Northeast Utilities (NU) Name and Symbol Change to Eversource Energy (ES)
Northeast Utilities (NU) will change its name to Eversource Energy, its trading symbol to (ES), and its CUSIP to 30040W108, effective for trading on Thursday, February 19, 2015.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: ES options will trade on Cloud 5 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NU will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 18, 2015.
