MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Agilent Technologies, Inc. (A)
Agilent Technologies, Inc. (A) has announced a special distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Monday, November 3, 2014. On that date, the current A options class will change to A1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list A1 options. Therefore, no options on A will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, November 3, 2014. The new A options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 4, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in A will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 31, 2014.
