MIAX Corporate Action Alert: EQUINIX, INC. (EQIX)

Equinix, Inc. (EQIX) has announced a stock dividend. The stock dividend will become effective at the market open on Thursday, October 23, 2014.  On that date, the current EQIX options class will change to EQIX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list EQIX1 options. Therefore, no options on EQIX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, October 23, 2014.  The new EQIX options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, October 24, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EQIX will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 22, 2014.
