MIAX Corporate Action Alert: OIL STATES INTERNATIONAL, INC. (OIS)

OIL STATES INTERNATIONAL, INC. (OIS) has announced a distribution that will become effective at the market open on Monday, June 2, 2014.  On that date, the current OIS options class will change to OIS1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list OIS1 options.  Therefore, no options on OIL STATES INTERNATIONAL, INC. will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, June 2, 2014.  The new OIS options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 3, 2014..

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in OIS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 30, 2014.
