MIAX Corporate Action Alert: UNDER ARMOUR, INC. (UA)
UNDER ARMOUR, INC. (UA) has announced a 2 for 1 stock split. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Tuesday, April 15, 2014. UA OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX OPTIONS EXCHANGE.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in UA will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 14, 2014.
