STARWOOD HOTELS & RESORTS WORLDWIDE INC. (HOT) has announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Friday, March 7, 2014. HOT OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX OPTIONS EXCHANGE.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HOT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, March 6, 2014.
