MIAX Corporate Action Alert: PowerShares QQQ Trust (QQQ)

PowerShares QQQ Trust (QQQ) has declared a Special Cash Distribution.  The Distribution and associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the market open on Thursday, February 27, 2014.  QQQ OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX OPTIONS EXCHANGE.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in QQQ will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 26, 2014.
