MIAX Corporate Action Alert: ONEOK, INC (OKE)

ONEOK, INC (OKE) has announced a distribution of ONE Gas, Inc. Common Shares.  The distribution will become effective prior to the opening of business on Monday, February 3, 2014.  On that date, the current OKE options class will change to OKE1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list OKE1 options.  Therefore, no options on OKE will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, February 3, 2014  The new OKE options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, February 4, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in OKE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 31, 2014.
