MIAX Corporate Action Alert: BARCLAYS PLC (BCS)
BARCLAYS PLC (BCS) has declared a Rights distribution to BCS American Depository Shareholders. As a result, on Thursday, September 19, 2013, the current BCS options class will change to BCS1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list BCS1 options. Therefore, no options on BCS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, September 19, 2013. The MIAX anticipates that the new BCS options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, September 20, 2013.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BCS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 18, 2013.
