MIAX Corporate Action Alert: HECKMANN CORPORATION (HEK) Name and Symbol Change
HECKMANN CORPORATION (HEK) will change its name, trading symbol and CUSIP to NUVERRA ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS, INC. (NES), CUSIP 67091K104. As a result, option symbol HEK will also change to NES, effective at the opening of business on May 20, 2013. Strike prices and all other option terms will not change. MIAX Members must use the new option symbol NES commencing May 20, 2013.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HEK will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 17, 2013.
