The MIAX Pearl Exchange (“MIAX Pearl”) is a registered national securities exchange, operating a fully automated electronic options trading platform to buy or sell securities with a continuous, automated price-time matching function. MIAX Pearl is also a self-regulatory organization and is charged with providing a fair and equitable marketplace by ensuring the participants in its marketplace comply with all applicable rules, laws and regulations. The Rules applicable to membership and trading options on the MIAX Pearl trading platform are contained in the MIAX Pearl Rulebook.
