MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Focus Universal Inc. (FCUV)
Focus Universal Inc. (FCUV) has announced a 3-for-2 stock split effective for Friday, March 24, 2023. On that date, the current FCUV option class will change to FCUV1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FCUV1 options. Therefore, no options on FCUV will be available for trading on Friday, March 24, 2023.
Focus Universal Inc. (FCUV) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, March 27, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FCUV will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, March 23, 2023.
