MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. (BBW)
Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. (BBW) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Wednesday, March 22, 2023. On that date, the current BBW option class will change to BBW1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BBW1 options. Therefore, no options on BBW will be available for trading on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. (BBW) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, March 23, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BBW will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
