MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Gerdau S.A. (GGB)
Gerdau S.A. (GGB) has announced a 5% Stock Dividend effective for Wednesday, March 22, 2023. On that date, the current GGB option class will change to GGB1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list GGB1 options. Therefore, no options on GGB will be available for trading on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
Gerdau S.A. (GGB) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, March 23, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GGB will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
