Ecoark Holdings, Inc. (ZEST) will have a name and symbol change to BitNile Metaverse, Inc. (BNMV) effective on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ZEST will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 20, 2023. 

NOTE: BNMV options will trade on Cloud 2 on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
