MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated (RBA)
Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated (RBA) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Tuesday, March 21, 2023. On that date, the current RBA option class will change to RBA1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list RBA1 options. Therefore, no options on RBA will be available for trading on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated (RBA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RBA will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 20, 2023.
