MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Cash Distributions
Capital One Financial Corporation (COF), Goosehead Insurance, Inc. (GSHD), and Dorian LPG Ltd. (LPG) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, August 6, 2021. COF, GSHD, and LPG options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in COF, GSHD, and LPG will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 5, 2021.
