MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: L Brands, Inc. (LB) Distribution, Name and Symbol Change to Bath & Body Works, Inc. (BBWI)
L Brands, Inc. (LB) will have a distribution and a name and symbol change to Bath & Body Works, Inc. (BBWI) effective on Tuesday, August 3, 2021. On that date, the current LB option class will change to BBWI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BBWI1 options. Therefore, no options on LB or BBWI will be available for trading on Tuesday, August 3, 2021.
Bath & Body Works, Inc. (BBWI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, August 4, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LB will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 2, 2021.
NOTE: BBWI options will trade on Cloud 2 on the MIAX Options Exchange, the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
