MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: XPO Logistics Inc. (XPO)
XPO Logistics Inc. (XPO) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, August 2, 2021. On that date, the current XPO option class will change to XPO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list XPO1 options. Therefore, no options on XPO will be available for trading on Monday, August 2, 2021.
XPO Logistics Inc. (XPO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 3, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in XPO will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 30, 2021.
