MIAX Pearl Options and Emerald Options Exchanges - Delay in Sending Outbound Clearing Trade Messages to OCC

Please be advised, the MIAX Pearl Options and Emerald Options Exchanges are experiencing a delay in sending outbound trade messages to the OCC beginning at 10:25 AM.  All pending trades will be processed upon completion of the failover process.  Clearing trade updates via the Member Firm Portal (MFP) are unavailable until the failover is complete.

All trading and reporting activity to members is unaffected.
