MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: SolarWinds Corporation (SWI)

SolarWinds Corporation (SWI) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, July 20, 2021. On that date, the current (SWI) option class will change to SWI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SWI1 options. Therefore, no options on (SWI) will be available for trading on Tuesday, July 20, 2021. 

SolarWinds Corporation (SWI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 21, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SWI will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 19, 2021.
