GX Acquisition Corp. (GXGX) will have a name and symbol change to Celularity Inc. (CELU) effective on Monday, July 19, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GXGX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 16, 2021.
NOTE: CELU options will trade on Cloud 3 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and on Cloud 2 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
