MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (AHT)
Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (AHT) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, July 19, 2021. On that date, the current (AHT) option class will change to AHT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AHT1 options. Therefore, no options on (AHT) will be available for trading on Monday, July 19, 2021.
Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (AHT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 20, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AHT will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 16, 2021.
