MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: XBiotech Inc. (XBIT)
XBiotech Inc. (XBIT) has announced a dividend effective for Thursday, July 15, 2021. On that date, the current (XBIT) option class will change to XBIT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list XBIT1 options. Therefore, no options on (XBIT) will be available for trading on Thursday, July 15, 2021.
XBiotech Inc. (XBIT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, July 16, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in XBIT will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 14, 2021.
