Falcon Capital Acquisition Corporation (FCAC) will have a name and symbol change to Sharecare, Inc. (SHCR) effective on Friday, July 2, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FCAC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 1, 2021.
NOTE: SHCR options will trade on Cloud 16 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and Clud 8 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
