MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Apex Technology Acquisition Corporation (APXT) Name and Symbol Change to AvePoint, Inc. (AVPT)

Apex Technology Acquisition Corporation (APXT) will have a name and symbol change to AvePoint, Inc. (AVPT) effective on Friday, July 2, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in APXT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 1, 2021. 

NOTE: AVPT options will continue to trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX Options Exchange, the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
