Forum Merger III Corporation (FIII) will have a name and symbol change to Electric Last Mile Solutions, Inc. (ELMS) effective on Monday, June 28, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FIII will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 25, 2021.
NOTE: ELMS options will trade on Cloud 5 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 3 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
