Tillys, Inc. (TLYS), T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) and W.R. Berkley Corporation (WRB) have announced Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, June 24, 2021. TLYS, TROW and WRB options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TLYS, TROW and WRB will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 23, 2021.
