MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delay in Corporate Action Colony Capital, Inc. (CLNY) Name and Symbol Change to DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (DBRG) - Non-Tradable Effective for 6/22/2021
As previously announced in the June 21st 4:04:34 Alert, symbol (CLNY) has been changed to (DBRG). Subsequently, a June 21st 8:47:47 Alert was published indicating the symbol change did not occur. The OCC confirmed this morning that there will be a one day delay and the symbol change was not processed. As a result, the entire option class of DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (DBRG) will not be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective for today, Tuesday, June 22, 2021.
Per the attached, the OCC has indicated that the name and symbol change will be effective for trading tomorrow, Wednesday, June 23, 2021. Therefore, DBRG will resume trading options on the MIAX Exchanges tomorrow.
