Name Change and Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for VGAC (ME) Effective June 18, 2021

VG Acquisition Corporation (VGAC) will have a name and symbol change to 23andME Holding Co. (ME) and will transfer primary listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the NASDAQ Global Select Market (“NASDAQ”) both are effective Friday, June 18, 2021.
