MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - VG Acquisition Corporation (VGAC) Non-Tradable Effective for 6/17/2021

The entire option class of VG Acquisition Corporation (VGAC) will not be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective for today, Thursday, June 17, 2021.  

VG Acquisition Corporation (VGAC) will have a name and symbol change and resume trading on Friday, June 18, 2021 under 23andMe Holding Co. (ME) on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.

NOTE: ME options will trade on Cloud 12 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 6 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VGAC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, June 17, 2021.
