MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: ArcLight Clean Transition Corporation (ACTC) Name and Symbol Change to Momentive Proterra Inc. (PTRA)

ArcLight Clean Transition Corporation (ACTC) will have a name and symbol change to Proterra Inc. (PTRA) effective on Tuesday, June 15, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ACTC will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 14, 2021. 

NOTE: PTRA options will trade on Cloud 14 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 7 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
