MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: HighCape Capital Acquisition Corporation (CAPA) Name and Symbol Change to Quantum-Si Incorporated (QSI)

HighCape Capital Acquisition Corporation (CAPA) will have a name and symbol change to Quantum-Si Incorporated (QSI) effective on Friday, June 11, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CAPA will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, June 10, 2021. 

NOTE: QSI options will continue to trade on Cloud 15 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 7 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
